Requirements
  • This program is open to children less than 25 years of age who are under the legal guardianship of a current TDCAA member.
  • Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll at an accredited college, university, or vocational/technical school in the United States and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Selection is based on the essay, academic achievement, and participation in school, civic, and community activities.
