Texas High School Rodeo Scholarship provides financial assistance to high school seniors who are members of the Texas High School Rodeo Association (THSRA) and are interested in attending college in any state.

Requirements
  • This program is open to graduating high school seniors who are THSRA members and planning to enroll at a college or university in any state.
  • Applicants must submit a 1page essay describing why receiving this scholarship is important to them, the course of study or field of interest they plan to follow, their proposed occupation or profession, and the benefits they have received from THSRA. Selection is based on academic ability, including the essay, SAT/ACT/TSI scores, class ranking, and honors and awards received (50%); leadership and character (25%), and rodeo participation (25%).
