The TGKVF Scholarship is offered to residents of Boone, Clay, Fayette, Kanawha, Lincoln, or Putnam counties in West Virginia, attending or planning to attend 4-year college or university in West Virginia. Students who exhibit high standards of integrity and commitment toward others are highly encouraged to apply. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of financial need and strong academic standing.
