The 14th Quartermaster/Operation Desert Storm Scholarship is for Westmoreland County high school students who are considering a career within a military branch. Children of veterans or active military serving in the United States Army (including Army Reserves who have seen active duty) are also eligible. Applicants must effectively communicate why they wish to pursue a career within the military, how military service has played a part in their family dynamic, or how the service or continuing service of a parent has shaped their character and future plans.
