Requirements
  • This competition is open to prospective and current students enrolled at an accredited college or university in the United States.
  • Applicants must submit an essay, from 300 to 500 words in length on a topic that changes annually; recently, students were asked about the daily problems bicyclists face on the road, our awareness of bicyclists and the laws associated with them, and how they can contribute to improving awareness and road safety for bicyclists.
