The Billy Frank Memorial Scholarship is available to undergraduate students from Teton County, Wyoming, who have demonstrated a high level of academic achievement and leadership. Students who attend an institution other than the University of Wyoming are welcome to apply. This scholarship program is offered through the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole in partnership with the Fund for Public Education and the Teton County Scholarship Program.
