The Clay and Elsie Williams Rural Conservation Scholarship supports high school seniors from King George, Virginia, who are committed to pursuing education that contributes to environmental stewardship, conservation, historic preservation, alternative energy, or sustainable agriculture. Students with a rural or agricultural background and financial need are encouraged to apply.
