The Commonwealth Good Citizen Scholarship is available to undergraduate students attending a member institution of the Association of Independent Colleges and Universities of Pennsylvania (AICUP). Students who demonstrate an extraordinary commitment to community service and creative volunteerism are eligible to apply.
