The Corning-Elmira (NY) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Scholarship is available to male, Black or African American graduating seniors from the following New York high schools: Bath-Haverling, Corning-Painted Post, Elmira, Odessa-Montour, Owego, Spencer-Van Etten, Thomas Edison, Watkins Glen, or Waverly. Students pursuing a professional certification, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree are eligible to apply.
