The Eileen Hart Memorial 4-H Scholarship is offered to 4-H Club members or alumni residing in Hillsborough County, Florida who have participated heavily in volunteer activities and community service through their club. Graduating high school seniors who will be studying in horticulture, forestry, or environmental science are welcome to apply.

Requirements
  • Current or alumni member of 4-H in Hillsborough County, Florida
  • Resident of Hillsborough County, Florida
  • High school senior or undergraduate student
  • Studying in horticulture, forestry, or environmental science
  • Planning to attend a 24 year college or university, technical school, or trade school
  • Participated for at least two years in the Hillsborough County 4H program and actively participated and exhibited in a 4-H horticulture or forest ecology project, including other service-related projects.
