The Elaine "Dollie" Mortensen KS'71 Kaumualiʻi Malama ʻAina Scholarship is awarded to undergraduate or graduate students. Those in a certificate or degree program with a focus on agriculture and/or preservation of the land and natural resources of Hawai'i.are encouraged to apply. Students contributing to Hawai'i's agricultural industry and those working to become Mahi'ai (farmers) receive special consideration. It is also the policy of the Foundation to give preference to students of Hawaiian ancestry to the extent permitted by law.

  • Participation in community service Preference is given to students contributing to Hawai'i's agricultural industry, to those working to become Mahi'ai (farmers), and to those of Hawaiian ancestry to the extent permitted by law.
