The Ernest and Clara Bailey Scholarship supports residents of West Virginia who are attending or planning to attend Bluefield State College. This scholarship is available to high school seniors or college upperclassmen. Students pursuing a degree in a nursing program are welcome to apply. First-generation college students will be given special consideration.
