The Gail Karp Orgell Scholarship Program awards need- and merit-based scholarships to Jewish female graduating high school seniors and college freshmen from the greater San Francisco Bay Area of California. Students who demonstrate a commitment to the Jewish values of tzedakah and tikkun olam through consistent service and efforts to make the world a better place are encouraged to apply.
