The Gail Karp Orgell Scholarship program awards need- and merit-based scholarships to Jewish female graduating high school seniors and college freshmen from the San Francisco Bay Area of California. Students who are seeking a bachelor's degree in California and who have participated in athletics are encouraged to apply.
