Requirements
  • This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in the San Antonio area of Texas and planning to attend a college, university, or trade/technical school in any state.
  • Applicants must be in the top half of their high school graduating class and have participated in the JROTC program for at least 3 years.
  • Selection is based on GPA, SAT/ACT scores, citizenship, community involvement, and participation in JROTC or other extracurricular activities.
