About the Scholarship

The Graydon and Myrth Fox Scholarship is available to wounded Veterans who have served honorably in the U.S. Armed Services or are serving on active duty, as well as to the spouse, child, or grandchild of a veteran who was killed or wounded due to a service-related circumstance. High school seniors, undergraduate students, and nontraditional students are eligible to apply. Recipients are chosen for their academic merit and financial need.

Requirements
  • U.S. Armed Service active duty member or veteran awarded a Purple Heart, or a child, grandchild, or spouse of a wounded veteran or member who was KIA
  • Minimum 3.00 GPA
  • Resident of the U.S.
  • High school senior, undergraduate student, on academic break, or not currently enrolled
  • Seeking a bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrate financial need Preference is given to those impacted by combat or who are first responders and their families.
