The Hayli Alizbeth Hough Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Corning-Painted Post or Dryden high schools in New York who demonstrate the highest standards of character, creativity, sensitivity, sense of humor, leadership, courage, and perseverance. Students seeking an associate or bachelor's degree in nursing or the fine arts field with a focus on teaching art to grade school students are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students with a minimum of 3.5 GPA.
