The Jerome F. & Elizabeth Foreman Rich Family Scholarship is available to students attending Corning-Painted Post or Horseheads High Schools in New York. Students planning to pursue a career in labor relations, human resources, business, economics, or who demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial spirit are eligible to apply.
