About the Scholarship

The Josephus Daniels Scholarship is available to academically motivated transfer students at Appalachian State University who demonstrate financial need. Eligible students must be enrolling full-time for the fall semester in an undergraduate degree program, have at least 24 transferable credit hours, be seeking their first bachelor's degree, and be transferring from a regional community college. Recipients are chosen for their academic promise and financial need.
