This program is open to residents of Tulare County, California who are working on an undergraduate degree at a 2- or 4-year college or university in any state.

Applicants must be preparing for a career in agricultural water technology.

Preference is given to those majoring in agricultural engineering, hydrology, or pumping technologies.

Other fields of study may also be eligible (e.g., agricultural construction, mechanics, welding, irrigation technology).

Selection is based on leadership skills, career goals, academic achievement, and financial need.
