The Maryland Retired School Personnel Association Scholarship is open to school personnel in Maryland who are seeking additional training. Applicants may be uncertified teachers; teacher assistants; teacher aides; substitute teachers; certified teachers seeking to become school counselors, speech and language pathologists, physical or occupational therapists, school social workers, media specialists, or school psychologists; or other Maryland public school system employees. Students who have a high school diploma or GED and intend to work in Maryland are encouraged to apply.
