The Murtaugh Scholarship is for graduates of Framingham High School in Framingham, Massachusetts who attend Framingham State University. Students seeking a bachelor's degree full-time and who demonstrate financial need are welcome to apply. Preference will be given to children of police, fire, or military personnel.
