The North Plains Electric Cooperative Scholarship is available to students who are NPEC members or dependents of NPEC members. Students who reside in Hansford, Hemphill, Hutchinson, Lipscomb, Ochiltree, Roberts, or Wheeler counties in Texas are welcome to apply.
