Requirements
  • This program is open to undergraduate and graduate students at colleges and universities in California who are younger than 30 years of age and have a serious medical condition that affects their ability to stay in school.
  • Applicants must submit a personal statement describing the purpose of the grant and providing justification for the request, a letter of support from a campus administrator or a medical provider, unofficial transcripts, and information on financial resources.
