The Reverend Dr. William R. Laws Memorial Scholarship supports graduating seniors from Bartholomew County public high schools in Columbus, Indiana. First-generation college students who have participated in community service or held a job are encouraged to apply, particularly minorities, disadvantaged, and at-risk students.
