The Sam Rose Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance for college to the children and grandchildren of deceased members of the Fleet Reserve Association (FRA) or the Ladies Auxiliary of the Fleet Reserve Association. Children and grandchildren of U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard members are welcome to apply.
