The Spark Foundation Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors, current college students, or returning adult students who are residents of Barnstable, Dukes, or Nantucket counties (Cape Cod and the Islands) in Massachusetts. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students who plan to study in education, health care, and/or social work.
