The Susana R. Bernard Scholarship is for graduates from a high school in Massachusetts who attend Framingham State University and study elementary education. Students who currently reside in Massachusetts, demonstrate academic excellence, and financial need are welcome to apply. Preference will be given to those with an interest in psychology, counseling, social work, or bilingual education.
