The W. Frances Emory Community College Transfer Scholarship is available to transfer students at Appalachian State University who are enrolling full-time in an undergraduate degree program. Students must have at least 24 transferable credit hours, be seeking their first bachelor's degree, and have transferred from a North Carolina community college.
