The Wilse Morgan WX7P Memorial ARRL Northwestern Division Scholarship provides financial assistance to licensed radio amateurs from Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, or Washington. Students planning to pursue post-secondary education in business, engineering, medicine, and science are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to applicants who have a GPA of 3.0 or higher for their most recent semester of high school or college.
