TheDream.US, the nation's largest scholarship fund for DREAMers, was created to help highly motivated immigrant youth with DACA status achieve their American Dream through the completion of a college education. The Opportunity Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors or graduates who reside in one of the 23 locked-out states in the U.S. Students who plan to seek or are seeking a bachelor's degree at Christian Brothers University, Delaware State University, Eastern Connecticut State University, or Trinity Washington University (Women's College) are encouraged to apply.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2.50 GPA
  • Resident of Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming
  • High school senior or undergraduate student
  • Seeking a bachelor's degree
  • Fulltime student
  • Attend or planning to attend Christian Brothers University, Delaware State University, Dominican University, Eastern Connecticut State University, or Trinity Washington University (Women's College)
  • DACA or TPS authorization, or a personal certification that immigration eligibility criteria is met
  • Arrival in the U.S. prior to 16th birthday and have resided in the U.S. five years prior to the application open date
