TheDream.US, the nation's largest scholarship fund for DREAMers, was created to help highly motivated immigrant youth with DACA status achieve their American Dream through the completion of a college education. The Opportunity Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors or graduates who reside in one of the 21 locked-out states in the U.S. Students who plan to seek or are seeking a bachelor's degree at Christian Brothers University, Delaware State University, Eastern Connecticut State University, or Trinity Washington University (Women's College) are encouraged to apply.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2.50 GPA
  • Resident of Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming
  • High school senior or undergraduate student
  • Seeking a bachelor's degree
  • Fulltime student
  • Attend or planning to attend Christian Brothers University, Delaware State University, Dominican University, Eastern Connecticut State University, or Trinity Washington University (Women's College)
  • DACA or TPS authorization, or a personal certification that immigration eligibility criteria is met
  • Arrival in the U.S. prior to 16th birthday and have resided in the U.S. five years prior to the application open date
