The Thelma DeLay and Nancy L. Dodge Memorial Scholarship is offered to graduating seniors from Citrus, Crystal River, or Lecanto high schools in Florida. Students who demonstrate an aptitude and interest in one of the visual arts and plan to pursue studies in the field of art are encouraged to apply.
