The Thelma Downing Family Endowment Scholarship is open to non-traditional students at Morgan Community College. Students seeking a professional certification or associate degree are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to a student studying in the agriculture and business management program or precision agriculture program. If no student is eligible for the ABM or precision agriculture program, the scholarship is open to any non-traditional student who applies.
