The Thelma Downing Family Endowment Scholarship is open to students at Morgan Community College in Colorado. Students enrolled in the agriculture and business management program and/or the precision agriculture program receive special consideration. If no one from those programs applies or qualifies, the award is available to all nontraditional students.
