The Theodore K. Oates Nursing Scholarship is available to graduating seniors and graduates from a public high school in Berkeley County, West Virginia. Students who intend to pursue a career in nursing in Jefferson, Berkeley, or Morgan counties in West Virginia for at least 1 year after graduation are welcome to apply. Preference is given to students who are entering their junior or senior year in a nursing program at a public university in Jefferson, Berkeley, or Morgan counties in West Virginia.
