The Thoma Scholars Program supports high school seniors who live and attend school in specified counties in the Texas Panhandle, Northwest Oklahoma, and Eastern New Mexico who are planning to attend Oklahoma State University or Texas Tech University. Recipients are chosen for their leadership, community involvement, and financial need.

  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • Participation in community service or leadership
