The Thomas A. and Mary Jo Russo Scholarship program recognizes graduating seniors who are residents of New Castle County, Delaware, or Chester or Delaware counties in Pennsylvania. Students who are pursuing a degree in a business-related field or trade/vocational program are given special consideration.
