The Thomas E. Thornhill-Kiwanis Scholarship is open to graduating seniors from high schools in Charleston County, South Carolina who are planning to attend college in the state. Students who are members of their school Key Club, or whose parents are members of a local Kiwanis Club, are encouraged to apply.
