The Thomas G. Isbell Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Franklin County High School in Winchester, Tennessee. Students who have participated in instrumental band class for all 4 years of high school and plan to attend college to pursue a bachelor's degree in music are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to music education students.
