The Thomas H. Elliott Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors from Calhoun County, Michigan. Students who demonstrate merit through a strong work ethic and high moral character are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to applicants who plan to attend one of the following institutions in the order listed: Albion College, University of Michigan, or Michigan State University
