Melvin Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from high schools in Jackson County, Florida, who participate in vocational activity (e.g., Future Farmers of America, FBLA, etc) and who plan to attend Chipola College are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students who demonstrate financial need.
