The Thomas Stitt Scholarship is an opportunity for incoming freshmen, continuing undergraduate students, or transfer students at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Those studying in the School of Agricultural Sciences who have participated in community services, demonstrate leadership abilities, and are residents of Illinois are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to female students.

  • Minimum ACT score of 24 or top third of high school class for incoming freshmen, and/or a minimum transfer GPA of 2.75

  • Studying in the School of Agricultural Sciences
  • Planning to attend or attending Southern Illinois University Carbondale
