About the Scholarship

The Tioga County Association of Township Officials Scholarship supports college sophomore students at Mansfield University from Tioga County, Pennsylvania, who are township officials or employees, or their children or grandchildren. Students studying political science are encouraged to apply. If there are no candidates in political science, students from education, criminal justice, or business administration will be considered; otherwise, candidates from any field of study are eligible.
