TLARGI Family and Friends Scholarship provides financial assistance to high school seniors and current undergraduates at colleges in any state who have a connection to the rubber industry.

Requirements
  • This program is open to graduating high school seniors who have a GPA of 3.0 or higher or current full-time undergraduates at a 4-year college or university in any state who have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
  • Applicants must be related to an employee in the rubber industry.
  • First preference is given to members of The Los Angeles Rubber Group Inc.
  • (TLARGI) and their children; second preference is given to nonmember employees in the southern California rubber industry and their children; third preference is given to all other applicants.
  • Students must submit a personal statement describing their interest in obtaining a scholarship, including their educational and professional goals, how they intend to reach those, and how they will put their training to use.
