The Tom Grove Memorial Scholarship was established in memory of an award-winning fine artist and photographer, a retired teacher, and Head of the Art Department at Elkhart Central High School, Tom Grove. This scholarship recognizes graduating seniors from an Elkhart Community School in Indiana, who plan to pursue a degree in fine arts or photography.
