The Tom O'Brien Scholarship program supports residents of Currituck County, North Carolina who are current or incoming students at College of The Albemarle. Students seeking a degree in the building trades including engineering, masonry, architecture, construction, and other related vocations, are welcome to apply. This scholarship is managed by College of The Albemarle Foundation.
