The Toni Berke Foster Memorial Scholarship supports graduating high school seniors and undergraduate recipients who attended a school in Camp Sherman, Oregon, including GED recipients and home-schooled students, as they continue their postsecondary education. Students who plan to enroll at least part-time in undergraduate study in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
