The Tony Young Memorial Scholarship supports residents of Arlington County, Virginia who have a physical, cognitive, or sensory disability. Applicants must be graduating or have graduated from a high school in the Arlington Public Schools (APS) or have completed a GED or other high school equivalency degree.
