The Transfer-In Scholarship is available to undergraduate students attending The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Full-time students who transferred from a community college outside the Rio Grande Valley and are seeking a bachelor's degree are welcome to apply. Special consideration given to students with an associate degree.
