Requirements

This program is open to entering freshmen at accredited colleges and universities who are orphans, foster youth, or emancipated foster youth.

They must be nominated by Odd Fellows or Rebekahs in good standing.

Nominees must be U.S. citizens who have at least a "B+" average upon high school graduation.
