The Trilogy Health Services Foundation External Scholarship is available to high school seniors and rising college freshmen who live in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, or Wisconsin. Students who are studying a health-related field and have a desire to work with the geriatric population are welcome to apply.
